ABSTRACT

The research found out whether the competence, organizational
commitment, community participation, and internal control system of the
government to the accountability of village fund management in Sukoharjo
Regency. Quantitative type research with primary data source in the form of
questionnaires.
The population is all village apparatus that manages village funds.
sampling techniques using convenience sampling so that a sample of 78 village
apparatus analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with the help of
SPSS 26 software.
The results showed that each variable of competence, organizational
commitment, community participation, and internal government control system
positively influenced the accountability of village fund management in Sukoharjo
Regency.
