Pengaruh Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kemampuan Teknik Pemakai, Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Pt. Bpr Bkk Wonogiri (Perseroda)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine how the effect of the effectiveness of accounting
information systems, user technical skills, and training on employee performance
at PT. BPR BKK Wonogiri (Perseroda). The population in this study are the
employees of PT. BPR BKK Wonogiri (Perseroda). The sampling technique used is
purposive sampling technique. The sampling criteria are employees who use
accounting information systems, employees who have worked at least for a year,
and employees who have attended training. The number of respondents in this study
were 43 employees.
The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source of this research is
primary data. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to
employees. The data analysis method which is used in this research is multiple
linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness
of the accounting information system has a positive effect on employee
performance. The user's technical ability has a positive effect on employee
performance. Training has a positive effect on employee performance.
