ABSTRACT

Mobile banking is a banking service that can be carried out by customers
via smartphone directly anywhere and anytime through the options available on
the SIM card (Subscribber Identity Module card). This study aims to determine
the effect of trust, convenience, security on the interest in using mobile banking in
the Covid-19 era. The population in this study were customers of Bank Syariah
Indonesia.. In this research, data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to
customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia with a total sample of 100 respondents.
This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques which are preceded
by an instrument test then a classical assumption test and processed using the
IBM SPSS Statistic 23.00 program. Based on his analysis that trust has a
significant and significant effect on the interest in using mobile banking in the
Covid-19 era. Ease of influence and significant impact on interest in the use of
mobile banking in the Covid-19 era. Security has an effect and is significant on
interest in the use of mobile banking in the Covid-19 era.
