ABSTRACT

The Covid-19 pandemic that is shaking the whole world has resulted in a
weakening of the country's economy, including in Indonesia. The policies
implemented by the government have weakened the economic activities of the
community. As a result, people's income has decreased quite drastically.
This study utilized descriptive quantitative approach. The research sampled
90 people. The research sampled MSMEs in Jatipurno District at random. The
sampling method employed is probability sampling. Respondents are given
questionnaires to gather data. The data were validated using validity, reliability,
classical assumption, multiple linear regression, and f and t tests.
The results of study indicate that the magnitude of the influence of income
and people motivation on saving interest at Islamic bank can be seen from the
value of the coefficient of determination. The adjusted R square = 0.386
Coefficient of Determination shows the size of the impact of income and
motivation of MSMEs community in Jatipurno District on interest in saving at
Islamic banks during the Covid-19 epidemic. This implies that the independent
factors (income and desire) have a 38.6% impact on the dependent variable
(savings interest) or Y.
