Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Kspps Bina Insan Mandiri Karanganyar Di Era Pandemi Covid-19
ABSTRACT
Employee performance is an important thing for a company, because
performance is a result which is gotten through a process series to achieve the
company’s goal. However, the emergence of corona virus which changes all the
stage of human life. The change of work environment, work discipline, and work
design in the pandemic of covid-19 causes the employees must obey the health
protocols for preventing the spread of covid-19 by keeping the existing performance
or showing the improvements in a work. This research is aimed to understand how
big is the influence of covid pandemic to the employees’ performance and
understand is the work environment variable, discipline work, and work design
influencing to the employee performance in the covid-19 pandemic.
The method was used in this research is using quantitative descriptive. The
population in this research is the employee of KSPPS Buna Insan Mandiri
Karanganyar with the total of 75 employees. The technique of sampling in this
research is saturated sampling. This research uses primary data which is taken
from the spreading questionnaire. The obtained data would be processed and
analysed by using the analysis tools IBM SPSS Statistic 22 for windows called
reliability test, validity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality
test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test (test of R square, test of F,
and t test). The result of the research shows that work environment and work design
are not influencing significantly to the employee performance in the pandemic of
covid-19, in other hand work discipline significantly influences to the employee
performance in the pandemic of covid-19.
