Implementasi Kebijakan Relaksasi Pembiayaan Umkm Dan Manajemen Force Majeure Saat Pandemi Covid-19 ( Study Casus Pt. Pnm Ulamm Syariah Cabang Gemolong)

ABSTRACT

The researcher focuses on UMKM’s financial problems caused by an external
factor, ‘force Majeure, in the form of Covid-19 (coronavirus disease-19). For helping
the debtors who get the financial problems. The government publishes regulation
number 11/POJK.03/2020 about financial relaxation. in applying financial
relaxation, ULaMM Syariah (the object of research) needs the risk of management
which can help the application of relaxation.
Qualitative research is the type of this research. The researcher wants to find
out the information deeply and comprehensively about a phenomenon or the real
condition. The researcher uses interviews and documentation for collecting the data
and uses snowball sampling for taking the sampling of the data. for testing the trust
worthiness of the data, the researcher uses the triangulation technique.
The result of the research shows that the government’s regulation number
11/POJK.03/2020 can make the burden of debitors easier. The risk of management
which is applied by ULaMM can avoid the loss and help Gross Profit Magin Stable.
