Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Religiusitas, Dan Gaji Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Lembaga Keuangan Non Bank Solo Raya
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the work culture (X1), religiosity (X2),
and salary (X3) against employees performance(Y). The population in this study
were employees of non-bank financial institutions in Solo Raya. The technique of
collecting samples using purposive sampling.
The method in this research is quantitative, namely all data in the form of
numbers, in this study the data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to
employees of non- bank financial institutions with a total sample of 96 respondents.
The instrument then tests the classical assumptions, and tests the hypothesis.
Based on his analysis that work culture has no effect and is not significant on
employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic. Religiosity has no effect and
is not significant on employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic. Salary
has a significant and significant effect on employee performance during the covid-
19 pandemic. Simultaneously or as a whole the variables of work culture (X1),
religiosity (X2), and salary (X3) affect employee performance during the covid-19
pandemic.
