Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Menggunakan Produk Tabungan Emas Di Pegadaian Syariah
ABSTRACT
Gold Savings provide services selling, buying, and custody gold in retail,
which purchases of gold reductions. Gold is physically printable when a minimum of
five grams of gold accumulated. Sharia’s mortgage service is expected to provide
insight for millennial generations so that it can be wise to manage finances so that it
can grow investment at an early age. Today, the interest of the millennial generations
is low and already aware of the gold deposit product in sharia pawn. The lack of
understanding is due to the lack of knowledge about saving gold. This research aims
to know the inclusion of promotion (X1), knowledge (X2), service quality (X3), and
motivation (X4) of interest in using gold savings products in sharia’s pawn.
The study is done with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is
a millennial generation devoted only to students in Surakarta, there are IAIN
Surakarta, UMS, UNS, and STIE Surakarta. The collection of data in this study uses
a questionnaire on the likert scale.The sample intake technique in this study is
purposive sampling by certain criteria. The data repared in this study as many as 133
respondents. The analysis tool uses linear regresssion analysis with the SPSS
aplicationn.
Based on analysis, can be known that promotion take effect and significant to
interets using gold savings product, knowledge take effect and significant to interest
using gold savings product, quality of service untake effect to interest using gold
savings product, and motivation take effect and significant to interest using gold
savings product. Simulteneous promotion, knowledge, quality of service, and
motivation variables affect interest using gold savingsproducts.
