Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Empiris Pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Pembangunan Dan Pengembangan Kawasan Transmigrasi Jakarta)
ABSTRACT
The objective of research was to analyze the effect of work motivation and
work discipline on employee performance at Sekretariat DITJEN Pembangunan
dan Pengembangan Kawasan Transmigrasi Jakarta. This research uses
quantitative methods. The population in this research were all employees of the
Sekretariat DITJEN Pembangunan dan Pengembangan Kawasan Transmigrasi
Jakarta. The sample used as the object of research is 70 employees. The sampling
technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with the Saturated Sampling
method, then all members of the population can be used as samples. Methods of
data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The analytical
method using multiple linier regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0
program.
The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. Work motivation and discipline simultaneously
significantly influence the employee performance. So it can be seen that work
motivation and discipline can improve employee performance on Sekretariat
DITJEN Pembangunan dan Pengembangan Kawasan Transmigrasi Jakarta.
