Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi Dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Word Of Mouth Barberyoung Barbershop
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of service quality,
location, and price perception on word of mouth and consumer satisfaction as a
mediation. This research is quantitative by using non probably sampling method or
more precisely with purposive sampling technique.
Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and path
analysis. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire distributed to 100
respondents for further analysis using SPSS version 22 software.
The results showed that sequentially the factors that influence customer
satisfaction at Barberyoung Barbershop are service quality, Location, competitive
price, while the factors that affect word of mouth sequentially are service quality,
location, and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, price perception has no effect on
word of mouth. Furthermore, in this study it is shown that consumer satisfaction
does not mediate the relationship between service quality and word of mouth.

mouth and consumer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between price
and word of mouth.
