ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the effect of competence of personal,
organizational culture, accountability, and locus of control have an effect the
prevention of fraud in the management of village finances.
This research used quantitative method. The population in the study are all
employees village in Ngemplak. The sampling technique used is non-probability
sampling and it is obtained 36 samples. This research is sourched from primary
data, namely questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple
regression linear analysis.
The results of this research indicate that the competence of personal and
accountability have a significant positive effect on the prevention of fraud
management fund village. Meanwhile, organizational culture and locus of control
have no significant effect on preventing fraud in the management of village funds.
