ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems,
internal control, and work motivation on employee performance. This type of
research is quantitative. This research was conducted on employees of BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta
The population in this study were employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Surakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was the non-probability
sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire via a google
form link as many as 38 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data.
The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help
program.of the IBM SPSS 25
The results of this study indicate that internal control has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, the accounting information
system and work motivation have a positive and no significant effect on employee
performance.
