Pengaruh Framing, Groupthink, Dan Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja Terhadap Minat Karir Mahasiswa Akuntansi

ABSTRAC

The Purpose of this study is to show to the effect of framing,
groupthink, and job market considerations on the career interests of
accounting students. Thepopulation in this study were all accounting
students in the final semester who were taking their thesis as many as
363 students. The sampling technique in thisstudy using purposive
sampling method and obtained a sample of 78 respondents.
The data used in thisstudy are primary data obtained using data
collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis
technique used is multiplelinear regression with the help of SPSS 23
software. The results of this study indicate that framing and labor
market considerations have a positive effect on accounting, while
groupthink has no positive effect on student career interests.
