Penggunaan Media Sosial Memediasi Electronic Word Of Mouth Terhadap Minat Berkunjung Ke Merapi Garden, Boyolali
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on
visiting interest mediated by social media. The method used in this study is a
quantitative method. The total data used in this study were 100 people who had seen
posts about the Merapi Garden tourist attraction on social media accounts
(youtube/instagram/facebook). This study uses path analysis with data processing
using the IBM SPSS 22 application.
The findings of this study indicate that, there is a positive and significant
relationship from electronic word of mouth to social media, there is a positive and
significant relationship from electronic word of mouth to visiting interest, there is
a positive and significant relationship from social media to visiting interest and
there is a relationship positive and significant impact of social media in mediating
the effect of electronic word of mouth on visiting interest.
