Pengaruh Modal Manusia, Modal Struktural, Dan Modal Sosial Terhadap Produktivitas Umkm Di Kampung Batik Laweyan

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human capital (X1),
structural capital (X2), and social capital (X3) on productivity (Y). There are 75
owners of batik SMEs in Kampung Batik Laweyan who are the samples in this
study. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique using the Slovin
formula. This research method is quantitative with data collection techniques
using questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 with
multiple linear regression analysis and t test as a hypothesis test.
The results showed that the three independent variables of human capital,
structural capital, and social capital had a positive and significant effect on the
productivity of batik SMEs. While the most dominant variable affecting
productivity is social capital which can have an impact on increasing the network
and trust of business partners and MSME customers. Thus the results of this study
imply that the productivity of MSMEs can be increased by taking into account
several factors of resource management including human capital, structural
capital and social capital.
