Peran Ecommerce Terhadap Daya Saing Umkm Di Kawasan Toko Buku Sriwedari (Studi Kasus Pada Pedagang Buku Di Sriwedari)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the role of e-commerce on the competitiveness of SMEs
in the Sriwedari Bookstore Area. The type of research used in this research is field research
using a qualitative approach. The data in this study used primary data by using data
collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.
The sample of this research is nine informants. The sampling technique in this study
used amethod simple random sampling. The data analysis used in this study uses data
reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The conclusion of this
study shows that the use of e-commerce can significantly increase the sales competitiveness
of SMEs. In addition to increasing the competitiveness of e-commerce, it is also able to
increase the income of SMEs.
