Faktor- Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Kesuksesan Mompreneur Perumahan Taman Krakatau

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the success of
Mompreneur at Taman Krakatau Housing. The population in this study were
housewives in Taman Krakatau Housing who had a business, this study used a
sample of 95 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique with
purposive sampling and questionnaires as data collection materials. This study uses quantitative methods and uses data analysis in the form of
outer model tests consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability, inner model tests consisting of R-Square and hypothesis testing with
the help of PLS 3.0 SEM Software. The variables in this study are internal factors
(training, skills, experience, motivation and knowledge) and external factors
(family, social and cultural, resources) as independent variables and mompreneur
success as the dependent variable
The results of this study indicate that internal factors (training, skills, experience, motivation, knowledge) significantly positively af ect the success of
mompreneurs at Taman Krakatau Housing and external factors (family, social
and cultural, resources) significantly positively af ect the success of mompreneurs
at Taman Krakatau Housing. Keywords: Internal Factors, External Factors, Mompreneur Success
