ABSTRACK

This study aims to determine whether organizational commitment,
competence, and technology utilization affect the accountability of village fund
management in Baturetno District, Nguntoronadi District, Bulukerto District,
Manyaran District and Karangtengah District.
This type of research is quantitative with primary data sources in the form of
questionnaires. The population is in the form of all village officials who manage
village funds. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that a sample of
123 village officials was obtained. The analysis technique used multiple regression
analysis with the help of SPSS 22 software.
The results showed that the organizational commitment and competence of
village fund management officials did not affect the accountability of village fund
management, while the technology utilization variable had a positive effect on
village fund management accountability.
