Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Sosial, Faktor Budaya, Dan Faktor Pribadi Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Perempuan Memilih Produk Tabungan Emas Di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Solo Baru
ABSTRACT
This thesis is a quantitative thesis that aims to determine whether social
factors, cultural factors, and personal factors of female customers of Pegadaian
Syariah Solo Baru have a significant effect on customers decisions to choose gold
savings product at Pegadaian Syariah Solo Baru. Also to find out the dominating
variables or have the most effect on the dependent variable (customers decisions).
The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The
sample in this study amounted to 93 repondents. Respondents in this study were
female customers who had gold savings at Pegadaian Syariah Solo Baru. The
sampling technique used was probability sampling technique by giving
questionaires to respondents. The test used to prove and analyze the data is
validity test, reliable test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression
test, t test, and f test.
The results shows that the effect of social, cultural, and personal of
female customers of gold savings product at Pegadaian Syariah Solo Baru on
customers decisions can be seen from the value of the Coefficient of
Determination Adjusted R-squared = 0.649. This value means that the
independent variables (social, cultural, personal) or X1, X2, X3 simultaniously
have an effect of 64.9% on the dependent variable (customers decision) or Y.
