Motivasi Nasabah Non Muslim Dalam Menggunakan Jasa Di Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (Bmt) Tumang Boyolali Cabang Ampel
ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the motivation of
non-Muslim customers to use the services of BMT Tumang Ampel Branch. This
study used variables of Knowledge, Location, Religious Stimuli, Brand Image,
and Service Quality.
This study applied a qualitative descriptive method and involved 5 (five)
respondents as resources, which were 1 (one) manager of BMT Tumang Ampel
Branch and 4 (four) non-Muslim customers who use savings products. Data were
collected through interview techniques and documentation, then analyzed using
data reduction and data presentation.
Based on the results of this study, conclusions can be drawn including: 1.
the variables of knowledge, location and brand image, had been motivated non-
Muslim customers to use the services of BMT Tumang Branch Ampel; 2. the
religious stimuli or the religious position of non-Muslim customers in choosing
products were similar, 2 sources explained that there was religion aspect which
motivated non-Muslim customers to use the services of BMT Tumang Ampel
Branch and other 2 sources revealed the contrary. Moreover, the response of
BMT in terms of service quality was motivated non-Muslim customers to use the
services of BMT Tumang Ampel Branch.
