Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Rendahnya Minat Masyarakat Muslim Menggunakan Asuransi Syariah (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Muslim Sidorejo Ngasem Colomadu Karangayar)

ABSTRACT

Indonesia is a densely populated country, where the majority of the
population is Muslim. So that with these conditions can be a great opportunity for
the sharia sector, such as sharia insurance. However, in general, the development
of the sharia sector is not as significant as the development of conventional finance.
This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine whether religiosity,
knowledge, income, and promotion have a significant influence on the decision of
the Muslim community of Sidorejo Ngasem Colomadu Karanganyar to use sharia
insurance. Also to find out which variable dominates or has the most influence on
the dependent variable (interest).
The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method. The
number of samples in this study was 83 respondents. Respondents in this study were
the Muslim community of Sidorejo, Ngasem, Colomadu, Karanganyar. The
sampling technique used is the probability sampling technique, namely by giving
questionnaires to respondents. The tests used to prove and analyze the data are
validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, model determination test,
multiple linear regression test, and t-test.
The results of this study indicate that religiosity, knowledge, income, and
promotion together have a positive effect on the interest of the Muslim community
in using sharia insurance in Sidorejo, Ngasem, Colomadu, Karanganyar.
