Pengaruh Digital Banking Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Syariah (Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Surakarta)
ABSTRACK
The use of digital banking services is starting to be liked by the community. These
electronic services include, mobile banking, sms banking, and internet banking. Therefore,
digital banking is something that is used by companies to make transactions easier.
The methods used in this study are descriptive quantitative methods. The number
ofpeople in the study was 96. Respondents in this study are customers of Islamic bank
indobesia (BSI) Surakarta. The sample technique used is the probability sampling technique,
which is by giving questionnaires to respondents. The tests used to prove and analyze such
data are validity tests, reliable tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression
tests, t tests, and f tests.
The results of the above research, the magnitude of the influence between digital
banking and service quality on bank customer satisfaction can be seen from the value of R
square which is 0.798. The value means that the value of independent variables (digital
banking and service quality) together affects 79.8% of dependent variables (customer
satisfaction).
