ABSTRACK

This study aims to find to out what causes the low interest of student to save in islamic
banks among student UIN Raden Mas Said. The method used in this research is descriptive
qualitative, with the object research namely studenf of Faculty Syaria UIN Raden Mas Said.
Primary data in this study were collected by interview and documentation methods. The
results in this study that the recultance of student to save is due to knowledge and location
factors. Long distance and lack knowledge lead to a lack of student interest in using islamic
bank product. The low intererest of student is also caused by customers who are less satisfied
with the service provided by islamic banks.
