Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Minat Pekerja Milenial Di Boyolali Dalam Berinvestasi Melalui E-Wallet Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the
interest of millennial workers in Boyolali in investing through e-wallet during the
Covid-19 pandemic. These factors include Financial Literacy (X1), Motivation
(X2), and Income (X3). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with
a sampling technique that is purposive sampling.
The total data used in this study were 108 people consisting of men and
women who met the criteria by collecting data through questionnaires. The sample
used in this study were millennial workers in Boyolali aged 25-40 years. This study
uses the help of statistical data analysis tools IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program.
The results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has a significant
effect on investment interest using e-wallet during the pandemic, (2) motivation has
a significant effect on investment interest using e-wallet during the pandemic, (3)
income has a significant effect on investment interest using e-wallet during the
pandemic.
