Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Generasi Milenial Menggunakan Mobile Banking
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness,
and perceived security on the use of mobile banking. This research was conducted on
the millennial generation in Eromoko District. This study uses quantitative methods.
The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used
is non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression
with SPSS 22.0 program.
The results showed that the perception ease of use did not have a positive effect on
the use of mobile banking. Meanwhile, the perceived usefulness and security perception
have a significant positive effect on the use of mobile banking.
