Penggunaan Technology Acceptance Model ( Tam) Untuk Menganalisis Nasabah Dalam Menggunakan Mobile Banking ( Studi Kasus Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Di Karanganyar Tahun 2021)

ABSTRACT

This Study aims to determine the effect of convenience, usefulness and trust on the
decision to ue the mobile banking service of Bank Syariah indonesia (BSI) in Karanganyar in
2021. The type of research used is quantitavive research using primary data. The Sample in
this study is 85 respondents who live in Karanganyar Regency and have used BSI Mobile.
Quistionnaires were used as collection materials which were analyzed with SPSS
software version 22. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear
Regression. The Result of this study indicate that convience variable affects the decision to
use mobile banking services, the trust variable affects the decision to use mobile banking
services. While the expediency variable does not affect the decision to use mobile banking
services.
