Analisis Tingkat Kepercayaan Masyarakat Pada Produk Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Prutect Care (Studi Karyawan Swasta Kabupaten Karanganyar)

ABSTRACT

Trust is one of the important factors in choosing a product to buy and
when a product or company has gained trust, consumers will be loyal to use it in
the long term. This study aims to determine the level of public trust, especially
private employees in Karanganyar Regency, in sharia life insurance products
PRUTect Care.
In this study, a quantitative approach was used. The population in this
study were private employees of Karanganyar Regency with a sample of 107
respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with certain criteria.
The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive statistics with the SPSS
application.
The results of this study indicate that the level of trust of private
employees in Karanganyar Regency is quite good. It is hoped that sharia life
insurance can maintain public trust so that people can use and trust sharia
PRUTect Care life insurance products in the long term.
