Persepsi Kemudahan, Kenyamanan, Kepercayaan, Dan Kemanfaatan Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menggunakan Bsi Mobile Pasca Merger (Studi Kasus Nasabah Ex-Bri Syariah Surabaya)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of convenience, comfort, trust and
usefulness on customer decisions to use BSI Mobile after the merger. The population in this study
is the customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (ex-BRI Syariah) Surabaya who use BSI Mobile
totaling 100 respondents. The respondents' criteria are customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (ex-
BRI Syariah), domiciled in the city of Surabaya and use BSI Mobile. The sampling technique used
was purposive sampling. The method used in this research is quantitative.
The study was conducted from August to September 2021. The data collection in this study
used a questionnaire/questionnaire, and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression.
Because there are more than two variables, it is expressed in multiple linear regression equations
and processed using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of
convenience, comfort, trust and usefulness have a significant effect on customer decisions to use
BSI Mobile.
