ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine whether the variables of Member Understanding Level,
Quality of Service and Facilities have an effect on the decision variable to save at BMT Harapan
Insani.
The population in this study were 2320 members of the BMT Harapan Insani savings
account. The sample in this study were members of BMT Harapan Insani as many as 100
members of BMT Harapan Insani. This study uses quantitative methods. Collecting data in this
study using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used statistical tests, namely instrument
testing, classical assumption test, model accuracy test, multiple regression analysis test, and
hypothesis testing (t test).

The results of this study indicate that partially the level of understanding variable has a t-
count value of -0.09 while the t-table value is 1.988 and a significant level of 0.921 in this way it

can be concluded that the level of understanding variable has no effect on the decision to save.
Service quality partially has no effect on the decision to save, with a t-count value of 0.466 while
the t-table is 1.988 and a significant level of 0.642. Facilities partially affect the decision of
members to save with a t-count value of 5.962 while t-table is 1.988 and a significant level of
0.000.
