Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi Dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menabung Di Bprs Sukowati Sragen Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine whether or not the quality of service, promotion
and location effect the customer’s decision to save at BPRS Sukowati Sragen during
the pandemic. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. This data
colletion technique uses a questionnaire survey. While the sampling technique used
non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique.
Collecting data in this study is direct data collection and observasion, namely
by distributing questionnaires and interviews with customers. The sample used in this
study where 100 respondents.
The result of this study indicate that partially the service quality variabel has a
t-count value of 5.445 and t-table value of 1.980 while the significant level is 0.000. it
can be concluded that the quality variable has an influence and is significant because
it has a t-value of 2.197 and a t-table value of 0.030. the location variable has a t-count
value of 0.532 with this it can be concluded that the location variable has no effect and
is not significant.
