Analisis Penyebab Keterlambatan Pembayaran Angsuran Pada Pembiayaan Murabahah Selama Pandemi Di Bmt Nur Insan Mandiri Baki

ABSTRACT

The Covid 19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia affected the performance of Islamic
financial institutions, such as at BMT Nur Insan Mandiri Baki. One of impacts is the delay in
paying the murabahah financing installments. The aim of this study is to analyze what factors
cause member delays in paying murabahah financing installments at BMT Nur Insan Mandiri
Baki. The type of this research is qualitative research. The data were obtained through interviews,
observation and documentation. The informants in this study were managers, financing staff and
members of BMT. The data analysis techniques was carried out using the Miles and Huberman
interactive model. Meanwhile, the data validity were tested by using credibility test, namely Source
Triangulation and Technique Triangulation.
The results obstained from this study are based on data obtained form the field, there are
two factors that influence the occurrence of delays at BMT Nur Insan Mandiri Baki, namely
internal factors and external factors. While from the analysis of the 5C assessment (Character,
Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition) the most dominant is the character. In addition, the
assessment using the 4P (Personality, Purpose, Prospect and Payment) the most dominant is in
the aspect personality and payment. Actions or efforts that must be taken by BMT to minimize
delays in paying installments are paying attention to collateral, providing payment timing policies
and conducting survey procedures properly. While the actions taken by members are to innovate
their business and not to make loans in various places or agencies.
