ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to analyze Job Satisfaction Mediation and Work
Climate: The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance on the CV
Ratio Karunia Mulya. This study applies quantitative research methods by using
questionnaires as material for data collection analyzed with SPSS Version 23
software. The sample used in the study was 120 respondents.
The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence has a positive
effect on performance, organizational justice has a positive effect on performance,
emotional intelligence has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational
justice has a positive effect on work climate, job satisfaction has a positive effect
on performance, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on performance by
mediating job satisfaction and organizational justice. positively affect performance
by mediating the working climate.
The study's findings provide a conceptual framework for factors that
influence employee performance. The conclusion of this study is an employee who
has emotional intelligence, organizational fairness, job satisfaction and a good
work climate will improve employee performance.
