DETERMINAN MINAT MEMBAYAR ZAKAT DITINJAU DARI KUALITAS TATA KELOLA PUBLIK, AKUNTABILITAS, DAN EFEKTIFITAS DENGAN KEPERCAYAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI (Studi Kasus di BAZNAS Kabupaten Boyolali)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to find out whether there is a positive influence between
the quality of public governance, accountability, and effectiveness and to find out
whether trust strengthens the influence of these independent variables on interest
in paying zakat.
Quantitative type study with primary data sources in the form of
questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The population in this study is
the Boyolali Muslim community who have not paid zakat at BAZNAS Boyolali.
The total sample was 220 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive
sampling. The data analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis with
SPSS 23 software.
The study results concluded that each independent variable, namely the
quality of public governance, accountability, and effectiveness, has a positive and
significant effect on interest in paying zakat. And the trust variable is able to
strengthen the influence of the variables of quality of public governance,
accountability, and effectiveness on interest in paying zakat.
