PENGARUH KINERJA LINGKUNGAN, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted because there there is a phenomenon of
unstable net profit after financial performance tax and the lack of manufacturing
companies in Indonesia that register PROPER. This study aims to test whether
there is an influance between environmental performance, company size, and
independen commissioners on financial performance.
This type of research is quantitative with a econdary data source in the form
of an annual report. The population in this study are manufacturing companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sampling technique uses
purposive sampling, so that 36 company samples are obtained for three years and
produce 108 research data. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel
data regression analysis. This research is of a quantitative type with a secondary
data source in the form og an annual report. The population in this study
manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021.
The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, so that 36 company samples are
obtained for three years and produce 108 research data. The data analysis
technique used in this study is paned data regression analysis.
The results of the study using panel data regression analysis show that
environmental performance has no infuence on financial performance, and
company size has no infuence on financial performance, and independen
commissioners have a positive influence on financial performance.
