PENGARUH KERAGAMAN GENDER DALAM GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Gender diversity in
good corporate governance among them board female directors, board of
commissioners women , and women's audit committees against performance
company , on company sector consumer goods industry listed on the IDX
(Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2019 - 2022 .
This research is a quantitative research using secondary data. The
population in this company sector consumer goods industry listed on the IDX in
2019-2022 . In this study, the sample selection was carried out using a purposive
sampling technique and a final sample of 44 companies in the consumer goods
industry sector were registered on the IDX. The data processing application used
in this research is E-views software and data processing in testing uses panel data
analysis techniques.
The results show that female director have a significant effect on financial
performance, women board commissioner, and female audit committee have no
significant effect on financial performance.
Keywords : board female directors , board female commissioners , female audit
committees and financial performance.
