Pengaruh Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Diversitas Gender Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan
ABSTRACT
This research aims to find out whether corporate governance and gender
diversity have an effect on company performance. In this research, corporate
governance consists of the size of the board of directors, family ownership and
institutional ownership.
This research uses a population of Manufacturing Companies on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2019 to 2021. Purposive sampling
was used as a sampling technique in this research so that a sample of 47 companies
was obtained. This research uses data analysis techniques in the form of panel data
regression analysis using the help of eviews 10 software.
The results of this research are that institutional ownership has a positive
effect on company performance and the gender diversity variable of the board of
directors has a negative effect on company performance. The variables size of the
board of directors and family ownership have no effect on company performance
in manufacturing companies in Indonesia.
