Peran Mediasi Kinerja Keuangan Dalam Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Pemanfaatan Aset, Dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Nilai Pasar Perusahaan

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the mediating role of financial performance
in the influence of company growth, asset utilization and intellectual capital on
the company's market value. This type of research is quantitative research and
secondary data. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on
the IDX in 2019-2021.
The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling which
resulted in a sample of 128 companies with an observation period of 3 years,
resulting in a sample of 384 data. The data analysis method uses path analysis
which is processed using the Eviews-9 analysis tool. The panel data regression
model chosen in this research for equations I and II is the Common Effect Model
(CEM).
The results of this research indicate that company growth has a positive
effect on financial performance, company growth has no effect on the company's
market value, asset utilization has a positive effect on financial performance,
asset utilization has no effect on the company's market value, intellectual capital
has no effect on financial performance, intellectual capital has no has an effect on
the company's market value, financial performance has a positive effect on the
company's market value, company growth has a positive effect on financial
performance and indirectly affects the company's market value, asset utilization
has a positive effect on financial performance and indirectly affects the company's
market value, and intellectual capital has no effect on the company's market value
through financial performance as an mediasi variabel.
