Pengaruh Kompentensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah (Studi empiris pada organisasi perangkat daerah kabupaten sragen)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of human resource competence,
organizational commitment, and internal control systems on local government
performance. The dependent variable in this research is local government
performance (Y). This research uses human resource competency, organizational
commitment, and internal control systems as independent variables (X).
The population in this research is all Regional Apparatus Organizations
(OPD) throughout Sragen Regency who serve as heads of organizations, heads of
sub-divisions, secretaries and treasurers. The sample collection technique used
purposive sampling and a sample of 84 respondents was obtained. Data analysis
used to test the hypothesis is by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques
with the help of SPSS software. This research uses a questionnaire as data
collection material.
The results of this analysis show that human resource competence and
internal control systems have a positive effect on local government performance.
Meanwhile, organizational commitment has no effect on local government
performance.
