PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, KINERJA KEUANGAN, DAN LEVERAGE PADA REMUNERASI DIREKSI (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Energi Yang Terdaftar di BEI 2019-2022)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, financial performance, and
leverage. This study analyzes energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in
2019-2022.
This type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data
from the company's annual report. The sample in this study were 14 energy companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in a row for 2019-2022. The sampling technique in
this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression with panel data modeling using the eviews 12 program.
The results showed that company size had no effect on directors' remuneration,
financial performance had no effect on directors' remuneration, and leverage had no effect
on directors' remuneration.
