Pengaruh Manajemen Keluarga, Corporate Governance, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Kepemilikan Asing Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

ABSTRAK

This study aims to determine the effect of family management, corporate
governance, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership. This study analyzes
consumer cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022.
Secondary data from the company’s yearly annual report was used in this
analysis. All companies in the consumer cyclicals sector that were listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022 make up the study’s population. Purposive
sampling was the sampling method utilized, and the final sample consisted of 27
companies. The analysis technique used is regression linear data panel analysis with
the software eviews 12.
The finding of this study showed that the family management, independent
board of commissioners, family board membership, audit committee, and foreign
ownership expertise have no impact on the performance of the company. While the
managerial ownership have a positive effect on the performance of the company.
