Pengaruh Profitabilitas Struktur Modal dan Likuiditas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sektor Consumer non-cyclical yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability and
capital structure on company value. Profitability is measured by Return on Assets
(ROA), capital structure is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and liquidity
is measured by Current Ratio (CR). Meanwhile, the dependent variable of company
value is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). Then, the control variable of
company size is measured with Natural Logarithms (LN). This type of research is
quantitative.
The population in this study is non-cyclical consumer companies listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period, totaling 87
companies. Sampling used purposive sampling, and based on the criteria set, 34
companies were obtained in five years, so the sample of this study was 170
companies. The data source used is the company's annual report. The method used
to analyze the data is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program.
The results showed that profitability had no effect on the value of the
company. Then, the capital structure has no effect on the value of the company.
Furthermore, liquidity also does not affect the company's value in non-cyclical
consumer companies in Indonesia.
