Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Religiusitas, Gender dan latar Belakang Pendidikan Islam Terhadap Kepatuhan Membayar Zakat Profesi Pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Klaten
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of self efficacy, religiosity, gender
and islamic EB on zakat compliance at Baznas Klaten.
The data used in this study are primary data collected by questionnaires.
The population in this study were state civil servant (ASN) at Baznas Klaten with
the purposive sampling technique which produced a sample of 90 respondents.
The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression.
The results of the study show that self-efficacy and religiosity have a
positive effect on compliance with paying zakat. Meanwhile, gender and Islamic
educational background have no significant effect on compliance with paying
zakat.
