PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY, PERSEPSI HARGA, DAN STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN JUJUGAN CAFE
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Price
Perception, Store Atmosphere, and Customer Satisfaction of Jujugan Cafe which is
located at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This research used a quantitative
descriptive method with a population of FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta
students who had previously purchased Jujugan Cafe products. The sample for this
research was taken from 155 FEBI students from the 2019-2022 class. The
sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The dependent variable (Y) is
Customer Satisfaction. Independent variables (X1) Service Quality, (X2) Price
Perception, and (X3) Store Atmosphere. The data analysis method used is a multiple
linear regression analysis model with data processing carried out using SPSS
version 25. The research results show that service quality partially has a significant
positive effect on customer satisfaction, price perception partially has a significant
positive effect on customer satisfaction, and store atmosphere partially has a
significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.
