Pengaruh Empowering Leadership dan Locus of Control Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Jaya Asri Garmindo
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of empowering leadership and locus of control on thw performance of PT Jaya Asri Garmindo employees through innovative work behavior as an intervening variable.
The method used is the quantitative research method with a total of 130 employees in the production division of PT Jaya Asri Garmindo. The study uses research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model accurary tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and path analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 23 application.
These findings indicate that there is no significant direct effect of empowering leadership on employee performance. While the locus of control variable and innovative work behavioreach have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Asri Garmindo. Simultaneously, locus of control variables and innovative work behavior affect the performance of employees at PT Jaya Asri Garmindo.
