PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Kasus Konsumen Mixue di Soloraya)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand
image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable for
case studies of Mixue consumers in Soloraya.
The population in this research is Mixue consumers in Soloraya. The
sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample in this research was 100
Mixue consumers in Soloraya. This research uses four variables, namely product
quality, brand image, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
The results of this research indicate that product quality has a significant
effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a significant effect on customer
loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has
a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant
effect on customer loyalty through the mediation of customer satisfaction, and
brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty through the
mediation of customer satisfaction.
