Pengaruh Keberagaman Produk, Suasana Toko, dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pada Butik Nibra's Corporation di Sragen
ABSTRACT
The growth of the Muslim fashion business in Indonesia is experiencing
rapid development. Currently there are many Indonesian people who wear Muslim
clothing. People wear Muslim clothing not only at religious events but also at every
activity they carry out. It is this broad market share that is able to urge the attention
of business actors to continue to pursue business in the Muslim fashion sector.
Business people must be able to offer products that can meet the needs and desires
of consumers because consumers are very selective in sorting out the various kinds
of products they want to buy. Boutiques are a form of business engaged in the
fashion sector which is much favored by business people.
The population in this study were Nibra's Corp Boutique customers both
offline with the condition that they had made a purchase directly at Nibra's Corp
Sragen Boutique. The measurement scale in this study uses an interval scale and
the formation scale uses a Likert scale. The sampling technique used Non
Probability sampling by using purposive sampling technique. The number of
samples taken was 100 respondents. The data used is primary data from a
questionnaire distributed to Nibra's Corp Boutique customers both offline provided
that they have made a purchase directly at Nibra's Corp Sragen Boutique.
The results of the study show that product diversity, store atmosphere, and
service quality do significantly influence purchasing decisions at Nibra's
Corporation Boutique in Sragen.
