Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai(PT BPR BKK KARANGMALANG SRAGEN)

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of 1) work motivation on
employee performance, 2) work discipline on employee performance, 3) work
environment on employee performance. The population in this study were employees
of PT BPR BKK Karangmalang Sragen. The type of research used is quantitative
research and the data sources used are primary data whose data comes from
questionnaires and secondary data comes from company reports and document. The
sample is sampling and the research data collection technique uses a likert scale. The
sample taken is this study was 110 respondents. The data analysis technique uses
descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, research instrument test, classical
assumption test, regression analysis, model determination test and hypothesis test
using SPS version 21. By obtaining scores on the results of the questionnaire, the
conclusion shows that the work motivation variable has a significant positive effect on
employee performance of PT. BPR BKK Karangmalang Sragen with scores 2,771 >
1,659 dan 0,007 < 0,05. The work discipline variable has a significant positive effect
on the performance of PT.BPR BKK Karamalang Sragen employees with a value of
4,238 > 1,659 t tabel dan 0,000 < 0,05. work environment variables have a significant
positive effect on the performance of employees of PT.BPR BKK Karangmalang
Sragen with the achievement of scores 2,639 > 1,659 dan 0,010 < 0,05. So the results
of this research show that the tree variables, namely work motivation, work discipiline
and work environment, have a positive and significant effect on the performance of
PT.BPR BKK Karangmalang Sragen employees.
