Pengaruh Employee Engagement Terhadap Employee Performance Yang Di Mediasi Oleh Knowledge Sharing (Studi Kasus pada Perumda Tirta Makmur Sukoharjo)
ABSTRACK
Organizations have different corporate performance values. There are high
or low scores that occur due to one aspect, namely the aspect of human resources
or employees. Every employee has a low attachment to his work starting from a
lack of morale and a different level of knowledge for each individual about his work.
Employee performance plays an important role in improving organizational
performance. The purpose of this study was conducted by researchers to analyze
the effect of employee involvement on employee performance mediated by
knowledge sharing. The sample used is permanent employees of Perumda Tirta
Makmur Sukoharjo as many as 92 employees. This research method is quantitative
research using data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using the
help of IBM SPSS Version 23 Software. Data analysis uses multiple linear
regression and path analysis using statistical t testing as a hypothesis test and Sobel
test as a mediation test.
The results of this study indicate that partially the variable employee
engagement has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, employee
engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,
knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,
and knowledge sharing can mediate the effect of employee engagement on employee
performance. The implications of this research provide a concept for companies to
pay attention to employee performance from employee engagement factors and
knowledge sharing activities between employees.
