PENGARUH HARGA DAN TATA LETAK TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN MELALUI KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA BENTO KOPI SOLORAYA
ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the development of the food and beverage
industry, for example coffee shops. One of the coffeeshop competitions that is
growing rapidly is in Soloraya. To maintain this business, business actors make
innovations so that the coffee shops they build are always visited by consumers,
such as at Bento Kopi Soloraya. This research aims to determine and analyze the
influence of price and layout on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction
as an intervening variable in Bento Kopi Soloraya.
This research used a questionnaire as a data collection technique and the
sample used was non-probability sampling with a sampling technique of 90
Soloraya Bento Coffee consumer respondents. The data analysis technique uses
path analysis using the t test as a hypothesis test and the Sobel test as a mediation
test with the help of IBM SPSS Version 23 software.
The results of this research prove that price and layout have a positive and
significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, price and layout directly
have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. In the path analysis,
consumer satisfaction was not proven to mediate price on consumer loyalty.
However, in the Sobel test, consumer satisfaction can mediate price on consumer
loyalty. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction cannot mediate layout on consumer
loyalty. This is proven by the results of path analysis and Sobel tests.
