Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompensasi Finansial, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan CV. Kurnia Manunggal Teknik Grobogan
ABSTRAK
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of training,
financial compensation, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at CV.
Kurnia Manunggal Teknik Grobogan. The sampling technique used was
purposive sampling with predetermined respondent criteria.
This research uses quantitative research methods using questionnaires as
offline data collection material. The sample used in this research was 40
employee respondents from the operator division of CV. Kurnia Manunggal
Teknik Grobogan. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software.
With multiple regression tests and partial t tests. The results of this
research show that 1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee
productivity. 2) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on
employee productivity. 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
employee productivity.
